Gabe Angaiak

President

Gabe Angaiak is a Junior from the cold city of Fairbanks, Alaska studying Mechanical Engineering. Coming from the snow, Gabe constantly finds himself being told “You should be used to this,” whenever he complains about being cold. Other than trying to stay warm, Gabe enjoys being very involved in Duncan’s dorm culture. Having lived in the 5-man and worked at The Buff his sophomore year, Gabe loves to get to know every brother in Duncan Hall, with his door being open at all times. This year as a Junior, Gabe will be living in the bathroom quad of 2B, so be sure to stop by if you want to see him doom-scrolling or complaining about his upcoming exams. Along with this, Gabe is a part of NASAND (Native American Student Association of Notre Dame), where he helps to plan events and fundraising efforts, similar to what he will be doing during his term as Duncan Hall’s President. In his free time, Gabe will most likely be messing with his roommates or lifting in the basement (RIP The Rock), so if you ever need a workout buddy or someone to show you the ropes, be sure to reach out. Gabe looks forward to serving as Duncan Hall’s President this academic year, where he and his VPs will bring even more community, brotherhood, and respect to Duncan Hall. CBR for all!
